Global Trade Division
Itochu Enex, the domestic petroleum products trading arm of the Itochu Group, engages in the import and export and sale in Japan of petroleum products. We also sell marine fuel at major ports in Japan and overseas and rank among the global market share leaders in this business. In addition, we charter and operate tankers worldwide as the company responsible for the transportation operations of the Itochu Group, which operates a global petroleum trading business. The division headquarters assigns one employee to London and three employees to Singapore as overseas representatives.
In April 2011, we established the Project and Investment Department to spearhead a renewed effort to transform Itochu Enex into a global company that does business worldwide.
