Itochu Enex conducts wide-ranging education and training for employees of Home-Life Group companies and partner retailers nationwide. In keeping with our long-held belief that people are a company's most important resources, we conduct wide-ranging, year-round training with the aim of developing Group employees who can deliver safe, comfortable living and satisfaction to our customers through correct decisions and prompt, vigorous actions and proposals.
To deliver safety, peace of mind, and comfort to customers, employees must have a wealth of knowledge, responsible, reliable job skills, and professional qualifications. In addition to qualifications for ensuring the stable supply of LP gas and safety, new professional qualifications for electrical specialists are essential for ensuring the widespread use of photovoltaic power generation, fuel cells, and other new energy equipment. Accordingly, Itochu Enex offers open training for employees of retailers and Itochu Enex Group companies at the Central Training Center. In addition to conducting courses for LPG facilities technicians and filling workers (bulk) as a Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry-certified training facility, the Center conducts preparatory training for various professional qualifications for carefully selected individuals, and dispatches instructors to Group companies to conduct training on request.
