To ensure that we discharge our social responsibility to all stakeholders in our business activities, such as environmental activities, Itochu Enex is developing a CSR and compliance structure for functional management of the entire Group. Our diverse stakeholders include customers and consumers, business partners and suppliers, local communities, employees, and shareholders and investors.

We appoint a Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) with overall responsibility for compliance and have established the CSR and Compliance Committee as an advisory body to the CCO. In addition, each business division and Group company appoints a CSR and compliance manager. We strive to ensure CSR and compliance throughout the Group through the systematic and organized operation of the roles and functions of these personnel and organizations.
