We teach equipment inspection methods and information that should be communicated to customers to enable them to use LPG with peace of mind, and encourage employees to obtain relevant qualifications, such as by operating METI (Ministry of the Economy, Trade and Industry) designated training facilities. We also improve employees’ abilities to propose an optimal mix of home energy solutions to enable comfortable, enriched lifestyles, including solar power generation, fuel cells and storage cells. By planning programs with various objectives, assembling a range of participants that includes vendors and other transaction partners, and conducting training in various formats, such as dispatching visiting lecturers, and e-learnings. We are working to improve the knowledge and skills of employees across the entire Group.
