Mobility Business
We are engaged in a wide range of mobility businesses, including new car dealers, used car retail, auto auction, and automobile maintenance.
Our mobility business
We supply petroleum products such as gasoline, kerosene, and diesel oil to approximately 1,500 affiliated Car-life Stations (CS) nationwide — the largest network among energy trading companies in Japan. By quickly grasping diversifying customer needs and changes in the external environment, we have gone beyond fuel sales and provided comprehensive automobile-related services under the concept of "From Service Stations (SS) to Car-life Stations (CS)."
By organically combining a wide range of business assets — including our nationwide customer base and sales network of CSs, car dealerships handling new cars, used car purchasing and selling, auto auction operations, and automobile maintenance management for leased vihicles — we continue to steadily expand our mobility business domain.
Car Dealer

In 2014, we acquired shares in Osaka Car Life Group Co., Ltd., which owns Nissan Osaka Sales Co., Ltd., and entered the car dealer business.
Nissan Osaka is the largest Nissan Motor-affiliated car dealer in Japan and the only one in Osaka Prefecture. Through a network of approximately 100 showrooms, we offer a wide range of services, from new and used car sales to repair and maintenance.
Used Car Retail

In May 2024, we established WECARS Co. Ltd. jointly with ITOCHU Corporation and J-Will Partners Co., Ltd. to engage in used car sales and vehicle purchases, as well as vehicle inspections, general maintenance, and body repair and painting services. While building a solid governance system that prioritizes compliance, we are working to resolve social issues such as restoring trust in the used carindustry and providing peace of mind to customers.
Based on the concept of "customer first," WECARS sincerely deals with each and every customer and vehicle, and strives to provide truly satisfying service by considering the customer's perspective in every aspect of the process, from purchasing to maintenance and sales. Our employees work together to provide truly satisfying service. Through a nationwide network of approximately 250 stores, each equipped with the industry's highest-standard repair and body repair and painting facilities, we deliver peace of mind and safety to all car users.
Auto Auction

In 2022, ITOCHU ENEX CO., LTD. and our consolidated subsidiary ENEXFLEET CO., LTD. jointly invested in International Auto Auction Co., Ltd. (IAA), entering the auto auction business. The auction business run by IAA handles transactions of a wide range of vehicles, from compact to large, and operates a highly convenient auction business, covering a vast site of approx. 100,000 ㎡ and adjacent to one of the leading export ports in the Kansai region. We are working to expand the vehicle distribution value chain within our group.
Automobile Maintenance

We established Mobility & Maintenance Japan Co., Ltd. in collaboration with ITOCHU Corporation and acquired a stake in NALNET Communications Inc., a company that provides maintenance management service for leased vehicles. NALNET Communications efficiently manages data related to managed vehicles and their maintenance through partnerships with approximately 11,500 auto repair shops nationwide. We provide appropriate vehicle management and maintenance, residual value guarantees, planning and proposing tailored lease products for individuals, selling maintenance packages at reasonable prices, and vehicle buyback services. With the recent advancement of electric vehicles and e-commerce, services related to the transportation of people and goods are diversifying, while the systems supporting such transportation are also becoming more complex. In light of this situation, through strategic partnerships, we will build a system capable of handling the diverse maintenance needs of evolving automobiles and work to expand our automotive aftermarket business.
