ITOCHU ENEX Announces the Conclusion of a Basic Agreement with BIGMOTOR Co., Ltd.
ITOCHU ENEX CO., LTD. (headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), ITOCHU Corporation (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo), and J-Will Partners Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) have concluded a basic agreement with Big Motor Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Tama-city, Tokyo) and will begin Due Diligence to verify the feasibility of restructuring the business operated by Big Motor.
