● Sustainability Governance

Thr Group recognizes addressing sustainability issues as one of our key management priorities. As an advisory body to management, the Sustainability Committee deliberates on and monitors policies for addressing risks and opportunities from a long-term perspective, as well as sustainability policies, issues, and measures, thereby driving the Group’s sustainability strategy. Committee members are appointed from among heads of corporate divisions and functional department heads; when necessary, heads of each business division also participate, thereby establishing a framework that enables each organization to swiftly implement sustainability measures. The Management Committee discusses company-wide sustainability policies and initiatives and receives regular reports on the status of responses to sustainability issues deliberated by the Sustainability Committee. The Board of Directors continuously oversees the effectiveness and appropriateness of initiatives regarding key issues identified based on the sustainability policies submitted by the Management Committee, and approves basic sustainability policies and management strategies.
